Sizeable Output
Monthly production averaging 120 metric tons, with annual production exceeding 1,400 tons.
Quality Management System
Plan-do-check-act system to eliminate deviations, complemented by ISO 9001 certification.
Material Heterogeneity
Expertise in working with a multiplicity of alloys, from stainless steel grades to superalloys like Inconel and Hastelloy.
Process efficiency
Advanced precision investment casting using controlled pouring, supported by modern machining and finishing processes.
Investment Casting Process Followed by Leading Manufacturers in India
Any discussion on process efficiency is incomplete without a primer on our investment casting process. Here’s how we follow advanced lost wax casting and precision investment casting processes to produce high-quality components that meet your requirements.
Designing
Creating the schematics and then fabricating the wax molds.
Investing
Attaching molds to a wax-pattern tree and dipping them in a ceramic slurry up to five times for optimal thickness and weight.
Dewaxing
Placing the newly-formed ceramic shells in a furnace to hollow them out and remove any traces of wax and water.
Pouring
Gravity pouring MTC-pass alloys into hollow ceramic shells and letting them cool naturally.
Knocking
Breaking the shells with a mix of vibration tools, high-powered water jets, and manual force. Sawing off the ends and grinding them comes next.
Inspection
Running a battery of non-destructive tests, such as dye-penetrant and X-rays, to ensure product integrity before delivery.

FAQs
When is investment casting suitable?
Investment casting is suitable when the parts to be cast are between the size of a golf ball and a basketball. Anything larger than that or weighing more than a couple of kilos should be sand cast.
What maximum weight and dimension do you cast?
We produce investment castings with a maximum dimension of 600 x 600 x 350 mm and a maximum weight of 140 kg.
Do you provide support for first article inspection?
Yes, as one of the major investment casting manufacturers in India, we provide first article inspection for all our clients.
Are prototyping services available?
Yes, we provide rapid prototyping to reduce turnaround times and help you make a choice faster. This is non-negotiable for repeatedly attaining near-net shape irrespective of design complexity.
What is the main benefit of investment casting?
The main benefit of investment casting over generic production is the near-net shape output. This reduces the need for secondary operations like drilling, milling, and reaming, and provides a superior surface finish. This helps reduce the total cost of ownership.
Precision investment casting begins with impeccable design.
